At Blankss, all our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful to ensure the highest quality. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–6 business days after fulfillment

  • Europe: 4–9 business days after fulfillment

  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days after fulfillment

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates vary depending on the product type, quantity, and destination. Our rates are based on Printful’s official pricing. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package’s journey.

Order Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at [your support email] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Return & Exchange Information

Because our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

If there is a problem with your order:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.

  • Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.​

Address Changes & Wrong Addresses

If you accidentally provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be redirected, and you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
